General Instructions for Greenbelt Application

1. Answer all questions that apply.
2. Sign and date the application before a Notary Public.
3. Applicant or preparer must remember to sign document in lower left hand corner. "...This instrument was prepared by ___________________________."
4. Check for $12 application fee made payable to the Loudon County Register of Deeds.
5. Enclose and mail application and check to Loudon County Assessor of Property, 101 Mulberry Street, Loudon, TN, 37774.
